The Digital Kiosk is a service for independent media to list their products and services and solicit subscriptions and readers to subscribe to those publications.

The Media Development Loan Fund (MDLF) is only assisting media organizations in collecting subscription fees that they would not be able to collect directly due to underdeveloped banking systems in their countries. MDLF is, therefore, not involved in the actual transaction between media organizations and subscribers. As a result, MDLF has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the publications listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings and publications, the ability of the media to sell and deliver subscriptions or the ability of subscribers to purchase subscriptions, transfer payments and receive publications. MDLF cannot ensure that a medium or subscriber will actually complete a transaction and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the content, materials or products included on this site.

Because MDLF is not involved in the actual transaction between media organizations and subscribers, the user expressly agrees that the use of this site is at the user's sole risk. Under no circumstances shall MDLF and/or MDLF's officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind or nature, that may result from the inability to complete the transaction between the medium and subscriber or any other dispute that may arise between the medium and subscriber. MDLF's liability is excluded or limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
